Slack Support

Slack Support gives you a dedicated shared Slack channel with direct access to the Simply Static Studio team. Get faster support, receive deployment notifications, and stay updated on platform status - all inside Slack.

This feature unlocks automatically when your account reaches 25 sites as part of Growth Rewards.

Getting started

When your account reaches 25 sites, we'll create a shared Slack channel and send you an invitation. There's nothing you need to do - we'll reach out with the connection details.

Once you accept the shared channel invitation, it will appear in your Slack workspace like any other channel. Your team members can be added to the channel from your side at any time.

What you can use it for

Support

Ask questions, report issues, or request help directly in the channel. Our team monitors it during business hours and will respond there instead of going through email or the in-dashboard support widget.

This is especially useful for time-sensitive issues or when you need a quick back-and-forth that would be cumbersome over email.

Deployment notifications

Receive notifications in the channel when static site deployments complete, fail, or need attention. This gives you and your team visibility into what's happening across your sites without needing to check the dashboard.

Status updates

We'll post relevant platform status updates directly in your channel - planned maintenance windows, infrastructure updates, or anything that might affect your sites. You'll know about it before it impacts your workflow.

Response times

Slack Support provides faster response times than standard email support. While we monitor the channel during business hours (CET), urgent issues are prioritized. For critical site-down situations, Slack is the fastest way to reach us.

Adding your team

Since it's a shared channel in your Slack workspace, you control who on your team has access. Add or remove people from the channel the same way you would with any other Slack channel - no need to coordinate with us.

Grace period

If your account drops below 25 sites, Slack Support deactivates immediately - but the channel remains visible in read-only mode for 14 days. This gives you time to save any important information from the conversation history.

When you cross the 25-site threshold again, we'll reactivate the channel and full access resumes.
