Scheduled Summary Reports
Scheduled Summary Reports allow you to automatically generate recurring website reports for yourself or your clients.
Instead of manually creating reports after each deployment, Static Studio can generate weekly or monthly summaries containing the latest Site Health, performance, deployment, and SEO information.
Open Reports → Schedule Summaries to create a new reporting schedule.

Creating a Schedule
Creating a scheduled report only takes a few steps.
Choose:
- Report Scope – Generate reports for a single website or multiple sites.
- Cadence – Weekly or monthly.
- Site – Select the website to include in the report.
- Client Recipient (optional) – Enter an email address to automatically share the report.
If you don't specify a recipient, reports will still be generated and stored inside Static Studio for later review.
Click Create Schedule to save your reporting schedule.
Automatically Sharing Reports
If you've entered a client email address, you can enable Automatically Share the Generated Summary.
When enabled, Static Studio will:
- Generate the report automatically.
- Create a secure share link.
- Send the report to the configured recipient.
This makes it easy to deliver regular website health reports without any manual work.
Managing Scheduled Reports
Select the Scheduled Reports tab to view your existing schedules.

From here you can review:
- Report scope
- Delivery frequency
- Recipient
- Next scheduled run
- Schedule status
You can update or remove schedules at any time.

- IndexNow activity
- Recent recommendations
Each report is generated using the same format as manual deployment reports.
