Reports Overview
Every deployment in Static Studio creates an immutable report that captures a snapshot of your website at the time of publication.
Reports combine deployment information, Site Health, performance metrics and recommendations into a single document, making it easy to review changes, track improvements over time or share the results with clients.
Open Reports from the main navigation to access your report history.
Report Dashboard
The Reports dashboard provides an overview of all generated reports.
At the top of the page, you'll find summary cards showing:
- Ready reports
- Reports requiring attention
- Critical reports
- Total recommendations
Below the summary is the complete report history.
Each report includes:
- Website
- Export type
- Health status
- Performance score
- Number of recommendations
- Creation date
- PDF availability
- Client sharing status
Use the available search and filter options to quickly locate reports for a specific website or deployment.
Opening a Report
Click any report in the history to open its detailed view.
Each report is an immutable snapshot of your website at the time of export.
The report includes:
- Export information
- Site Health summary
- Performance metrics
- Core Web Vitals
- Recommendations
- Deployment statistics
Because reports are generated during deployment, they provide a reliable historical record even if your website changes later.
Export Reports as PDF
Every report can be downloaded as a professionally formatted PDF.
PDF reports are ideal for:
- Client handovers
- Internal documentation
- Website audits
- Project records
If a PDF has not yet been generated, simply click Generate. Once complete, the report can be downloaded at any time.
Copying Report Links
You can copy a direct link to any report for quick access inside your organization.
For external sharing, we recommend using Share Report, which creates a secure public link.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can reports be edited?
No.
Reports are immutable snapshots generated during deployment and cannot be modified afterward.
Will old reports change if my website changes?
No.
Every report represents the exact state of your website when the deployment is completed.
Why hasn't my PDF been generated yet?
PDF generation happens on demand. Click Generate once, and the report will become available for download.
Can I search older reports?
Yes.
Use the search box and available filters to quickly find reports for a specific site, deployment type or health status.
