Bulk Team Management
Team Management lets you bulk-add users to all your sites at once, rather than inviting them one by one per site.
This feature unlocks automatically when your account reaches 5 sites as part of Growth Rewards.

How it works
Click the Team button in your dashboard to open the Team modal:

From here, you can add existing Simply Static Studio users to all of your sites in one step.
Adding a team member
Enter the email address of the person you want to add, select their WordPress role from the dropdown, and click Add.
The role you assign determines their permission level across all your sites — these are the standard WordPress roles:
| Role | Access level |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Full WordPress admin access on all sites |
| Editor | Can publish and manage all posts and pages |
| Author | Can publish and manage their own posts |
| Contributor | Can write and manage their own posts but not publish |
| Subscriber | Can read content and manage their profile |
The team member must already have a Simply Static Studio account. Once added, they'll see all your sites in their dashboard.
Managing team members
All current team members are listed under Members in the Team modal. You can remove a member at any time — this immediately revokes their access to all your sites.
Team vs. per-site user management
Team Management and per-site user management (Manage Users) work independently:
- Team adds a user to all your sites at once with a single role.
- Manage Users (the user icon per site) adds a user to one specific site.
Both can be used together. For example, you might add a developer to your full team as an Administrator, while giving a client Subscriber access to just their specific site via Manage Users.
Grace period
If your account drops to fewer than 5 sites, Team Management remains active for 30 days. If the feature is deactivated, team members added via the Team modal lose access. Per-site invitations via Manage Users are not affected.
When you cross the 5-site threshold again, your team configuration is automatically restored.
